PySide is broke in Diablo? Completely missing dependency libboost1.38.0.

Addison if you design a new UI and show me a picture, I am not objective to changing the way pyradio looks with all the changed 4.0 will be bringing and the addition of MeeGo support (harmattan via rm_you's repo.)

libboost1.38.0 is in the fremantle repo's but for some reason not Diablo!

That makes me so mad I just want to spit somewhere!

I suck at UI design as I've said many times in this thread so if you want to change the buttons, open a graphic designer, make me what a UI should look at and give the graphics. I will code it and make it functional . (or, rm_you might and give me the QML if we want to do QML.)

Also, sorry I hate bumping for this crap but 3.7 is waiting on 3 votes before I can fix 3.6 in extras. Is there really less than 10 people still using my application?

A simple note to self, when typing in "sexy buttons" into Google images, make sure to set the Google SafeSearch option to at least "moderate" but definitely not leave it "off".

I'm using Microsoft Paint so it's not recognizing the transparency behind the icons (they're free by the way).

But yeah, maybe something a little along these lines.

That looks fine, the buttons look larger/more finger friendly if they are to scale - not sure I'm digging the red/yellow though.

I thought you wanted a black background + gold borders too though?

Update for pyRadio: I have a rough duplicate of the UI done in QML and the python launches it fine. Doesn't look like it's going to be too difficult to adapt all the QT4 parts of the python code to work with QML instead.

So for pyRadio 4.0 the expected changes are: PySide/QML instead of PyQt4 (means different dependencies, I don't know if pyside is more/less space conservative), MeeGo Support through GStreamer, possible UI changes.

I am still not sure what to do about Diablo users. Someone will need to port that libboost package and upload it to extras for diablo to get pySide working again. There might also be an issue with python-support as the pySide package claims to require >=0.90 but 0.6.4 is in the repo's.
