Editors: Redak, KhtSimpleText or TxPad or use your PC and connect via SSH...

What tried ? Maybe this is a reason that you combined option from HSS and tweak Y-5.. Maybe you need completely change your statusarea.css file. IDon't know how HSS work and what he change when you change your operator name to your custom operator name. Did you open this file with editor and find this blocks that mentioned before ?

Also you can try to reinstall system-ui.

apt-get install --reinstall system-ui
If you have inception installed, you need reinstall like this:

apt-get install --reinstall -d  -y system-ui
cd /var/cache/apt/archives
/usr/sbin/incept system-ui*

OK, that mean the tweak restored successfully... What the reason for your problem I don't know...
Do you used some other tweaks ? If yes try to remember which tweak and try to restore them...

when i put my handset in flightmode and put the sim it runs but as soon as i trun the flightmode off it again shut downs ???? i restored all the tweak

maybe the problem is that operator name has something broken (by the change both with hss and n9qt): without sim doesn't appear and there's no problem but when the sim is in the phone can't load operator name
