...How I did it: (the right steps)
1. dpkg -i mafw-gst-eq-renderer_0.1.2009.47-1-1mgr_armel.deb
2. apt-get -f install
3. apt-get remove mafw-gst-renderer
4. reboot

It's not just little but it's EXTREMELY cpu intensive.
Makes my cpu run at a constant 500mhz and mafw-dbus-wrapp alone uses 50% on average constantly.
Then you have pulseaudio using 10% as well so it's like 60% @ 500mhz for just mp3 playback.
That's just way too much imo. A $20 mp3 player is better than my $600 N900. Lovely.
Is there a way to just turn off or disable the EQ part without uninstalling it?
