Considering the lack of bug reports, I've promoted DrLaunch to extras-testing. Please evaluate and vote as appropriate

Voted!

There should be a rule that all devs embed voting links somewhere.
So far:
During install (can be annoying but does the job)
In the "About" section of the app
Or in the first post

IMHO these solutions are more than easy to accomplish, yet packages slumber for ages in testing and devel... The whole rating and Karma is a disaster, it's like they were hidden on purpose from the user

There is no background icon (but it's a good idea). It is just a semi-transparent rectangle drawn by the code itself. I'll consider this for a future release.

Could you please add a(n optional) "thin" mode or something like that to support 8x4 shortcuts on one desktop?
Would be really nice!
Sorry but what about this question?

I noted it for future versions. However this requires a ui redesign since configuration of 8x4 (or anything larger than 4x4) would require a window by its own, plus there needs to be some space for the 'distance' config option.

@Andreas Anckar:

Please run:

Code:
python2.5 /usr/share/pyshared/drlaunch/widget.py
in an xterm and copy-paste all output here.

Also, verify that you're using version 0.6-1 of drlaunch.

I found a bug in the latest version, anyone else having it?

When i add drlaunch every other widget disappears and i have to add them manually one by one. Also on start up only drlaunch shows and the rest disappear again.

You should follow the steps in the post above yours. I'm having the same bug and will post my findings in a while.
