at least they dump the phones about 50% more efficiently than pre 2009 because of sacked employers from R&D

Yea, that would work well in Finland Not. Apple has one single phone. You don't need more than one person in lead of that. Nokia offer a spectrum of phones. Maybe too many, and there is too little control of each device in relation to others. I don't think this is a big problem for Nokia, and is fixed by some adjustments, not a bloody revolution.
