yes i flashed my device pr 1.3 thene install backupmenu . after it say backup restor complete my n900 reset and stay on nokia logo and reset and stay on nokia logo and ....

it's a problem in ur backup which may be corrupted

but how fix this problem ?

i creat a backup again and problem again

for test :

i flashed my n900 and only install faster application manager and backup menu


and then choose( b )to create a backup then choose ( t ) to backup rootfs and optfs
then try to restore my backup

backup restore size is NA

and it say backup restore complete and press any key to continue

and i press q and phone restart

but it stay on nokia logo

size N/A isn't problem and me also have it and restored backup successfully

try to flash emmc

and i didn't try backupmenu with bootmenu

i only used it with multiboot

Hey bro here is my partition table that you wanted.Can you write a guide for me using the correct values?

I want to install NITDroid 0.0.9 on partition mmcblk0p5 (3GB) & your latest custom Gingerbread on partition mmcblk0p6 (3GB).

The last 5GB(mmcblk0p7) i have kept to install any other OS which i might want to try later.

Please help me out mate..!!!

hey


i will write quick how to and if u want any thing tell me:

download nitdroid 0.0.9 custom file from here
http://www.mediafire.com/?72b4l4e59u6k400

and gingerbread from here
http://www.mediafire.com/?8tqz284mn1flf8a

and latest nitdroid kernel from here
http://www.mediafire.com/?zmh7gvj626c6lrp

assuming u installed multiboot as in the second page ....

copy nitdroid 0.0.9 file , gingerbread file and nitdroid kernel to /home/user/MyDocs

open terminal

root

mkdir /and

mount /dev/mmcblk0p5 /and

cd /and

tar xvf /home/user/MyDocs/NITDroid-Mido.Fayad-2.2.1.tar

dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/NITDroid-kernel-Mido.Fayad.deb

cd /etc/multiboot.d

mv 11-NITDroid-mmcblk0p5-2.6.28.NIT.06.item 10-NITDroid-mmcblk0p5-2.6.28.NIT.06.item


then restart ur mobile and open terminal again and write :

root

mount /dev/mmcblk0p6 /and

cd /and

tar zxvf /home/user/MyDocs/gingerbread-Mido.Fayad.tar

dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/NITDroid-kernel-Mido.Fayad.deb



and restart ur mobile with opened keyboard and choose version u want to start >>>>

no , u don't need it

only u need to install multiboot as in this post
