The icon will usually consist of an element centred within the “Focal Zone”, this is usually a glyph, shape or logo. Elongated elements may exceed the recommended “Focal Zone” by a few pixels. Glyphs without a certain colour receive a slight white gradient.
Guess increasing the size of the "S" and some repositioning will do the trick...
