Well, it seems KPS 0.16 is out, but only in extras-testing. So you should enable it and install KPS in usual way.

ok will do, installing KPS 0.16 Via FAM

EDIT:

so far so good , everything works, no errors so far.
have done a reboot also just to be sure, memory usage is still low so would seem to double confirm that it is still running thumb.
NOW my N900 is REALLY snappy , improved the video play also,
Running LV, 250-850

uname -a
Linux Nokia-N900 2.6.28.10-cssu3 #1 PREEMPT Sat Jul 28 18:05:05 EDT 2012 armv7l unknown

[OT]
you'd better turn SR VDD1 and VDD2 on, instead of using undervolting profiles, SR should be stable since KP50

Or use undervolting profile + SR VDD1 and VDD2 on
My n900 is fully stable on ideal profile, 500-900MHz clock and SR VDD1 and VDD2 on (even on heavy usage of cpu)

It became unstable when I set dsp to 600MHz (while playing videos), but it's stable on xlv profile.

DO NOT USE VOLTAGE PROFILES LIKE (LV, XLV, STARVING ETC) AND SMARTREFLEX AT THE SAME TIME!
Please read the updated Overclocking and Smartreflex wikis.
You only require voltage profiles if using >900Mhz.

How you can quote fmg and advise something else on this topic is beyond me?

I read the wiki and MANY posts to get info on VDD1/2 SR but can't seem to find were to "unload" LV, i already loaded LV and made it default.
if so far just use the "echo 1 >" way until i have this down

I have not have problems so far, but would like to do it properly

sorry to keep rubbing in this "topic" but it should be resolved and added to POST #1, it would be a great help to many

So far the easy way is Kernel-Power-Setting 0.16, that works, now just need to the kernel-config "profile guide" and enable SR.

Well I usually use default profile which turns on SR - it gives me a longer stand by if it's not placebo
Sometimes I turn on dsp profile and that is it.
I have latest settings installed and it works ok.
