WAHOO! My dell order status has changed to 'Shipped'. Here's a little trick I've discovered that seemed to work:
1. Go to your Dell order status page
2. Hit 'refresh' in the browser within 59 seconds
3. Repeat #2
If you refresh this page more than 60 times in 1 hour, it seems to bump your order into some 'priority queue' and your device gets bumped to the top of the queue....

I'm in CA and still no update either. I spoke to Dell and the rep told me that they are backlogged on orders for the N900 and that mine will ship on December 7th. The other day they told me the ship date was November 24th, so who knows when it will be (I also ordered on November 5th, and don't understand the supposed queue they had for pre-orders)
