I never even use the webinterface. Didn't know you could edit your notes there, too. So for me personally it's okay, although I don't agree with the author (on omgubuntu, see below for url). In my opinion, half a feature is better than no feature at all.
I mean, Tomboy is crashing a lot. Imagine they'd remove that because it "doesn’t work as well as it could".
We could drop the whole Ubuntu thing because it "doesn’t work as well as it could". Heh.
