Just wait a little, operator name refreshed every few min or something like that. You also can go to flight mode on/off and it will refresh more quickly. And you can check if the right file updated and show your word with this command:

develsh -c "sed -n '1p' /var/lib/csd-csnet/42501"
Change 42501 too your operator number. If it will show your word, that mean tweak worked and you need wait a little or play with flight mode.

If disable orientation-widget, it works.

its not work!dont change operator number.i choose tweak y option 5 .its apear operator code 22603 change operator name to flavy, choose time 10, operator name changed.done...but no change the name.i wait and i play with flight mode..nothing happens.ps. i have tweak to modified color of network active
