(But then, I had never heard about Star Wars either until I moved to the UK some 20 years ago. And then, when I first saw one, I could not understand what the fuss was all about. Just like I never quite warmed up to Asimov or Heinlein. I grew up on a different style of SciFi. Not so pre-digested for the dumbed-down audience.)

Plan 9 and Reefer Madness are classic terrible films..
the others...
well...
I hazard they are just terrible...
Trolls 1 was bad enough ...I didn't venture to 2
Roar looks promising
the rest just look real bad...
and not good real bad..
but ...bad real bad...
Just finished the city of the Dead (christopher lee)
and Space Probe Taurus...
good real bad films...
next....Battle of the Worlds (Claude Rains)
Just one day left ....today....for terrible films...
then Halloween for the true classics..
the original Dracula (Lugosi)
Wolfman (Chaney Jr)
Frankenstein (Karloff)
creature from the Black Lagoon (which has clint eastwood in it...surprisingly)
I will watch the other 5 on that list you mention ...
Just to grade them as either good terrible..b films..
or simply terrible...
