Schturman, well done. I've removed that string from your refresh.sh, disabled popup-messages and I haven't any problems then my system language is english. But then my language is russian I've got some problems with reboot. I'll try to fix it. Please, check this one

I all this tests... Always after reboot notification here.. And when auto-background-changer.Conf start to loads and if this command not exist notification disabled... This is a reason i fixed it and it first check if you applied this tweak our not and add or remove notification.
Fresh stop to work for you because you changed this file and because of manifest. If you want to change it, first move it to another place, after change restore to the right place and run this command: chmod 4755 /opt/N9QTweak/Refresh/refresh.sh
If you will do it directly, without moving this file, it will not work.. Also after reboot you need again to do this...
Wait a little, i started upload updated version., but before installation all users need read a small instruction...

OK, version 9.7.3 repackaged...
BEFORE reinstalling (via tweak UU) we need to fix my little mistake in tweak F...
For users that already installed 9.7.3 over 9.7.2 or like a new app, run this one-line command as ROOT:
1. for N9:
2. for N950:

For user who still on 9.7.2, do NOT do nothing ! Just update to 9.7.3 via Tweak UU or from auto-checker.
Changes:
* Tweak F - added new tweak (option 11) for add/remove notification popup window.
* Full refresh and Auto-background changer updated and adjusted to tweak F-11.
* PDF instruction updated for tweak F-11.

Greendts & genchigenbutsu, don't know what both of you do with you messages app. Try reboots, if you used N9QT and thing it cause this, try to restore tweaks that you used to default, post outputs etc... I'm not a magician and can't to know what you did...

How about option for reboot in N9QT Refresher? - Would make the reboot-app obsolete. The good thing about it is, you don't have to re-enter your pin. Would love to see that in next update.
