You don't have regular Extras or Testing?

I used to have Extras as the default, enabling Testing and or Devel only when necessary.

I know it is bad policy, but lately, I've had Devel enabled as the default, mainly because it's pretty rare at this point for updates to the applications that I use to be pushed to Testing, let alone regular Extras. (However, I will download from the Testing repo in order to vote for updates to the applications that I use)

FYI - I am downloading from the Testing repo now, and it seems to be updating just fine...

...and the application is running fine. Thanks for updating this weekend!

Well again, the only thing that comes to mind is somewhere there is a version mismatch in your pyside/python installs. Like maybe you installed something from testing or extras and now this from devel is trying to pull newer versions.

Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install python-pyside.qtcore python-pyside.qtgui python-pyside.qtnetwork python-pyside.qtwebkit python-qt4-webkit
Try running that in a terminal. It should update those packages if there is updates available and make them all whats in Devel.

Just updated on my N800, and I'm getting the following exception when I start pyradio from the terminal:

ImportError: No module named MPlayerBackend.

What dependency am I missing?

I didn't see this message until after you released 4.1 with the new deps. Upgrading to 4.1 does appear to have installed python-pyside.qtwebkit and pyRadio is working fine now. Thanks!

This is actually a part of pyRadio. MPlayer I was defaulting to when it didn't recognize the device when I messing with the MeeGo stuff. I apparently need to clean this part up.

I don't have an N800 and evidently it does not identify itself as an RX-44 (which is the N810).

Thanks for this, I will release an update today to fix this problem.

If 4.1 is working for Fremantle People I need votes to fix Extras:
http://maemo.org/packages/package_in...l/pyradio/4.1/

Still need feedback on 4.2 for Diablo users, both an N810 and an N800 user.

I believe an N800 identifies itself as an RX-34
