Wow, so glad I got fed up and canceled my Amazon order last Friday. I ordered my Nokia Friday from Nokia USA and got it Monday with overnight shipping.

Well one of the months already passed (November). It's December, Jan I'm counting as part of the three months. Frankly there's not that many devices that fit what I seek.
A jailbroken iPhone (though it lacks a hardware keyboard and with every Apple update needs to be re-jailbroken)
Android Milestone but there are problems with the Android platform I don't like right now.

No issues for my N900. Wifi perfect, no dead pixels, mic is fine no light leak. Build feels crazy solid. i have been playing with it for a couple of hrs so far all is as it should be.
3g is fast in my area. what can i say....so far so gr8.
