It's gonna look awesome; this whole demo looked awesome from the start, and it was a quick and dirty hack then, right?

I just have to wonder with all the sketchiness: do we get to draw our own keycaps?

Dunno... just asking. Will it be easy to add other character sets to your vkb?

That won't be my job
I am but one man who can give you ideas.

In a couple of days liqbase will be released and it will be up to you lot to take it further.
If you want a compatible VKB, mix the other public XML one with mine and make it work

Benson, don't tell anyone but the main reason why I have not bothered about making my buttons and menus look nice is because theres a backdoor pathway to doing exactly that

It has been in mind from the start for the whole UI.
But anyway, thats not coming for at least a while yet

Hey, I've built a package

Could people give it a once over and see where the problems lie.
Post details here or in #liqbase or in my mailbox please.

I set the resolution to 400x240 and the font on the drawing buttons is too big.

The keyboard is very cool; as is the camera test...

Ok, its VERY nice.

Quick questions:

1) In selecting a book, where is the default dir? I can't seem to recognize it at all. Bunch of eula txt files. Can you make it /home or something, or maybe mmc1 or mmc2

2) Have you seen MediaBox? One thing I like about it is the hiding menus. Currently, liqbase seems to have really small buttons, which is fine for a stylus, but not for finger. But whatever, don't even worry about this...

3) It has bacon. It wins best app award automatically...

OMG, double post sorry!!!

Ok, since this post is here, I noticed a few more things. The auto scroll is gone. I guess you will bring it back later, or its not gone and I'm just dumb. I like the directory structure graphic, but it is too squished to be useful. Also, can you put a tiny line on the side of the ebook reader so you know how deep in the book you are?

It has only crashed when a external event, such as a locked screen or an alarm, has occurred, which you said was normal. So all is good!
