Did you ever check out the port for Dungeon Master?

It's full of win!

Me. It needs a proper port.

I just installed it as it now seems to be in extras-devel but all I get is an error saying "Loading Hatari configuration failed. Make sure you've saved one!" and so far not found out how to create one. Will probably steal one from my desktop PC and see what needs changing.

I think its a bit silly of whoever put it onto the repo to not include a basic configuration file so that we at least have something to work with.

I have installed the Hatari emulator on my N900 (from extras-devel). I needed to copy the config file from /etc/hatari.cfg to /home/user/.hatari/hatari.cfg, and edit the file a bit: I changed the "nKeyCodeFire" to "100" (the fire is then button D on the keyboard).

The emulator works quite well (IMO), but it needs some optimizations: sometimes it slows down too much, and it seems that "overscan" is not supported (a technique to remove screen borders, used in some demos and games). I tried the "--borders 1/0" -option (show screen borders), but no luck.

I've made a video showing this emulator in action:
