Last night I tested dcraw -d (raw bayer)
One other question...is the focus mechanical or purely software? I can run the calibration at diff focus levels to test myself but its helpful to know ahead of time.

I just promoted fcam-drivers to extras. There's possibly a crash bug in it somewhere, but it might take us a while to track it down - it's very intermittent. We're going to rev fcamera at least once more before promoting to extras, since the front LED use isn't working right for everyone.

it's not working ... i removed the battery for 1-2 min ... restarted
LEDs not working!
they show missed calls, IMs etc ... but not charging!
