I don't know which one of the patch or of the transitions.ini changed it. Does anyone know how I can change this setting back? I just want to enable darkening of the wallpaper, not to revert the changes in the scrolling behaviour I made, if possible.
Code:
[home]
radius=12
radius_more=16
saturation=0.8
brightness=0.6
zoom=1
zoom_applets=075
I copied the original transition.ini bluring home screen and replaced the new transition,ini with better transition effect. This should make the homescreen blur and darkened when u are in the menu.

Great, thank you. This was therefore the radius parameter, I was focused on the brightness one.

Sorry for inconvenience in the topic, I was initially not sure my problem was due to the patch or to the transitions.ini file.

HI!
How to revert to the original hildon desktop!
For me, sometimes after a rebooting none of the widgets react and the shortcuts of the applications are not working. Only the shortcuts of the contacts on the desktop seems to work.

hildon-home bug, probably caused by a widget you installed, it's not hildon-desktop's fault.

apt-get --reinstall install hildon-desktop if you insist it's hd's fault.

I tryed but this is the output:

Nokia-N900:~# apt-get --reinstall install hildon-desktop
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package hildon-desktop is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package hildon-desktop has no installation candidate
Nokia-N900:~#

Any ideea? Ah. and by the way I didn't have such problems until now. Still my latest widgets are Desktop comand execution widget and Desktop clock wiget. Do you recommend the latest Desktop comand execution widget from extras-devel, cause I'm usin the one from extras?
