Newegg are now listing the item in stock and a brief chat with them confirms that. However they are not shipping until Monday, supposedly because of some BS that Nokia have got them locked into.

Its a free world if you paid good money for them I think you should be able to do as you please. Just sucks that dell isnt shipping accordingly. I will probably call again and see if theres any new info.

Dont get me wrong I am not angry at him - just MORE angry at Dell. They can manage to ship two out to one user and yet none to people who ordered before the second unit was even ordered

That would coincide with a lot of current ship to dates of around 12/10 (like mine). Sounds like they got an early batch, rushed it out to some random selection and the rest of us will be in the second batch and will get it by the 2nd week of December.

I'm tempted to call and b***tch to them and see if I can get some free overnight shipping though. Haven't decided if it's worth the effort of calling and listening to that stupid lollipop song again

Yea if you get the chance I would call just to see if we can confirm that there really is a note from nokia for a 2nd of dec dispactch. Such a long wait....
