I jumped on the buy.com offer via datavis this morning at 5:30 AM when I saw you had posted it.... and it is now marked as shipped.

yeah no problem, I was going to jump on it after i heard the delayed from Amazon too. But the price is now 800USD... SO i wait for NokiaUSA instead. Their site is broken at the moment.

Yea, the website says estimated ship is 9 - 10. I don't know what to do now, my buddy is coming up from the US earlier than expected, the 19th, so I don't know if it'll get to his place on time.
I honestly don't know if it is even worth getting the phone, no 3g support in Canada, I'm thinking maybe I should just wait until that is sorted out before I go buying it.... bahh what the hell should I do?

Bad news people, Amazon just changed its website status of the N900 to "temporarily out of stock" and no longer take pre-order.
This really proven that our delivery date is after the next shipment arrived. Which is in January 27-29 2010 just like they said.
