can you add the .bin payload in the newer version

i don't like the x-terminal to do the jailbreak with new jailbreak payload

new payload in page 62

like hermes_payload.bin

we need to add a "choose bin" in option

well i had a little probles with x-terminal but t solve this....
for the people who still have problems i change ONLY one symbol
example:

first Type
root
(press enter, Then

cat psn350payload.bin > /proc/psfreedom/payload
OR
cat hermes_payload.bin > /proc/psfreedom/payload

I ONLY ADD : / (before psn350payload.bin or hermes_payload.bin)
like this:

cat /psn350payload.bin > /proc/psfreedom/payload
OR
cat /hermes_payload.bin > /proc/psfreedom/payload

And this simple thing solve my problem... i hope that help somebody!

I know the X-Terminal method

and it works for me ( Hermes and PL3 )

but I Requested MohammadAG to add "Choose BIN" choice in PSFreedom

Can't figure out how to use the app. I got a fat ps3 with broken BD-drive (doesn't read disks).FW was 3.30, I updated it to 3.41
My N900 is on power-kernel.
Steps:
1) Install psfreedom GUI from repositories (I guess nothing more is required?
2) Turn off the console by power switch
3) Conect N900 to one of the front usb ports, run psfreedom, choose PL3 (tried Hermes also). Red led goes on the N900
4) Then I switch ps3 back. Tap console ON button (one beep) then quickly Eject (3 beeps) and hold the butotn for 5-7 seconds

Nothing happens. The red led on the n900 is still on, ps3 boots normaly. The only difference I can't shut down ps3 by the power button - have to use the menu from controller.

What am I missing?

The modules are not compiled against the latest power-kernel, am assuming you have power-kernel 46 therfore the module is not inserted and the hack does not work.
Option 1 use stock kernel to hack the PS3
Option 2 wait for MohammadAG to upload the new release of the Psfreedom in which the module is compiled against power-kernel 46

Has MhammedAG already pushed the update? I'm not seeing it in appman....
