what's wrong? Do i have an outdated terminal?meego? Etc? This is pr 1.3 updated all components, and installed utilities in devel mode before installing qtweak. Any suggestions? Getting the same errors with whatever internet i use 3g/wifi...

I don't understand why you do so strange things. After reflash you need only install the latest version and all should work. You don't need reupdate or reinstall or something. Just install latest version from the first post.
Why download-script can't work on your internet connection, i don't know..

Ps. From you log, i see the script can download changelog file that located in github (that mean script is ok) and can't download file from my dropbox..
Weird...

that's what im saying. Hahaha. Weird. It was working on version 9.7.4 and after that version, all downloader*.sh files gives syntax errors.

For test, run this command as root:

Can't install any package on my N9 which is been backed up by QTweak.

Is there any solution?

Check which repos you have, if you have rzr repo installed, remove it and try apt-get update.
Also if you need help, you need provide output from what you do, that we can see what you do...
