This actually seems to be a slightly mo subtle change. Prior to the update an entry in the call list when clicked showed all the possible contact numbers, Skype or Traditional. Now the list seems to note the number used to call you. I guess the idea is that you can use the same number as was used to call you.

The Call Log entry, when tapped, shows the phone number the person called you from.
You can then directly call him back via the same means he called you or keep the entry pressed to have a pop-up menu appear with Open Contact card from where you can call back via other means.
This has room for improvement.

I think 42.11 is better than 51.1
