can't believe bandwidth would be an issue for a big company like Nokia. if other linux distros can do it why not maemo O.o

the update is not released on all updating methods at exact same time.
check NSU later today

slow ? it took me about 15mins to get it done

Downloading the 85 megs was the worst part

i'm a open source advocate and really love to see so many community bugs addressed in this update.

Freed rootfs from 38.5 megs free to 43.5 megs free by uninstalling several packages (mc and gnutar seemed the heaviest) ...
Starting h 6.55 , from Italy...
89.5 megs to download...
Upgrade done, device rebooted, new look for icons! Everything's nice and dandy by now.
'df -h /' reports now 47 megs free
Reinstalling those packages from repos and from ovi store...
All right. Too silky to be true...

That's what I'd like to know, too. It's not mentioned in the changelog on the wiki. Not a good sign.
