If you have 0.2-maemo3, it seems there is a hidden issue (dependency or other installed app) that enables something, that would explain why for some users it works and for others it doesn't...
What happens with "sudo run-standalone.sh /usr/bin/tweakflashver" (or just "sudo /usr/bin/tweakflashver") ? Segfault or ?

BUT. If you really really know why you want that - check /home/user/.config/tweakflashver/main.conf, it contains all the versions the GUI shows (warning: it WILL get overwritten on an update).
