She had arranged for the handset to be collected on monday and would recieve it tuesday, She will have it looked at by and engineer and be phoneing me back with a resolution on tuesday.
I may well propose when she dose

The International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN), formerly known as the International Marketing Supervision Network (IMSN), is a membership organization consisting of the trade practices law enforcement authorities of more than three dozen countries, most of which are members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The mandate of the Network is to share information about cross-border commercial activities that may affect consumer interests, and to encourage international cooperation among law enforcement agencies. The working languages of the Network are French and English.

No reason to panic most users are not affected and it seems trivial to repair..

I strongly disagree. It's been almost a month for me. For others, even longer. Despite Nokia's early reaction, not much has happened. It is about time we do something, otherwise we stretch the time-window too far and Nokia will decide to completely ignore us since the release dates for new devices replacing the n900 are moving in closer.
If we do not react now/soonish, we risk defeat/ignorance.
Great Job!But please rephrase the first sentence "Seems that ...". It does not simply "Seem" to be present, it is present!
>> Rephrase asap. Most users are not affected *yet*, and it certainly does not seem trivial to repair!
Please do not post a wiki entry before getting in the right information and maybe discussing it first with people having a proper insight!
