Hi, yeah I posted the same link in another thread ...thw wrong thread yesterday.

It's a shame the n900 bluetooth as FM radio seems to be a lower frequency range than the Ti device.

Though the real point would be only taking the Ti device on a run etc and shunting the data over later. The eZ430 does come bundled with a usb RF.

I might get one to play with...I'm not a developer though...

As for the website...it might be worth looking at the Plone open source community to recruit, I was over at there Summit last month. It's a good community. (If you don't know it's a security oriented python scripted content management system.) I could look into that if you want me too?

But we have been planning to build our own web service someday... we just need more developers since I don't have that much time and I am not good on web development
How about uploading to www.traxmeet.com ?
own web service system could be also nice feature

edit: will FWRD B400 work with ecoach ?

eCoach:

Changing the Map Source from the Start Up Menu without restart the application would be great. Is it possible?

I want to compare my activity log with different Map Sources. And it is hard to quit the opened activitv log, create a new activity, change the Map Source, quit the Programm, restart eCoach and open the correct activity log again.

Just a quick word regards the Zephyr HXM HRM - works brilliantly (pairing code is 1234). I got it to use with run-gps for WinMo, nice to be able to use it here too.

To purchase one just contact the Zephyr technology folks from their website, they'll send you an email with a paypal link to make the purchase ($100US + $20US for postage).

First I wanted to say thanks so much for the great app.

Second, I was wondering if there was a way to use the nokia OVI maps database for maps as myself (and I am sure some others) do not have data plans, and ovi allows us to download maps into a folder on the N900 directly.

Its not just the cost of data, there is the whole problem of losing data reception, as eCoach doesn't seem to be able to work if it does not have a data connection.

Can eCoach download logged HRM data from the FRWD? Use case: Running and don't wish to bring N900, but still use eCoach for training log and analysis.

Thats the one feature I would like to see also. I even asked FRWD if they could release source code for their sw to make downloading exercises from FRWD to N900 possible. They answered to me that it's interesting suggestion and they will think about it but I haven't seen any actions on that front yet. Maybe if there is more interest they will do that as they doesn't seem to develop windows or symbian software anymore.

Samppa, have you contacted FRWD about the source code or descriptions for the file formats and protocols used in FRWD?
