I habe now tried to run rewt`s script on page 1, but with now success. I copy the code to a file and tried to run in but terminal gives me error: line1: syntax error: bad function name

But there shouldn`t be any errors

Where did you copy it to on the phone? (Folder location? ie. /home/.../MyDocs/) ?

Did you create the file using a Windows system? If so, you'll need to use an editor that's capable of saving files in UNIX format.

yes i copied it to /home/user/MyDocs/ as filename.sh

well actually i got it working now .

On some point copypaste messed the code or something like that.
Now its working like a charm


ps. im using mac and smultron.

psps. thanks for the useful posts, they helped a lot to figure out whats wrong

slightly off topic but relevant...

How much free rootfs do you THINK we will need for pr1.2 when it comes out? ive got about 39mb free with everything installed that i require for day to day use.
