Maybe the video is an older version?
If you used .deb to install just uninstall to go back to default theme or if you used script read first post thoroughly...

i used the script ....and i write in my terminal (sh /home/user/MyDocs/fdb/red/install.sh)
now can u right for me wt exactly to write in my terminal to back to original ??

I think you should do this:
To revert to default theme:
1. - Open Terminal app and enter these commands:
devel-su
rootme [root password; default is shown]
sh /home/user/MyDocs/fdb/*colour*/default.sh
you must have the zip file of FDB also..
I really liked the look of the theme, but I had to uninstall it (deb file as Im not leet enough to do the full method), the apps I used the most were pretty much unusable with text remaining dark and the background going dark.
what you did do was really great.
