Good chances are that you can make voip[catchyword].com work by disabling the
iLBC codec. Here's how to do it in the on-screen terminal or an SSH shell (the
red pill mode might be helpful here).
1. sudo gainroot
2. cd /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10
3. mv libgstdspilbc.so libgstdspilpbc.so.off

I'm trying to use the included rtcomm as Voip client. I had success with my Eutelia account (in and out calls PSTN) but with the one I use by far the most for outgoing calls (voipcheap) I'm unable to make it work...
The message I receive is "unable to establish the connection"
How can we tweak rtcomm settings behind the UI?
My settings are:
User: name@voipcheap.com
Pass
Use for PSTN calls: checked
Advanced
Transport Auto (UDP or Auto - TCP does not work)
Outgoing proxy: sip.voipcheap.com
Port 5600
Stun: stun.voipcheap.com
Thank you in advance!
