Whenever I try to "Check for updates" in "Application manager" I got this message "Unable to refresh list...Last refreshed list is shown" and never able to refresh the dan list. How to solve this dan thing?

Do you have root access? If so, run 'sudo apt-get update' at the command line and post the result.

It's ok in xterm but keeps giving me same message in app. manager.

It's probably just the GPG key for maemo.org or somesuch. Stick the end of the output of apt-get update in here and we can tell you. (The, "Unable to refresh" error is highly generic, and doesn't give us enough information to tell you what's wrong. )

Or read the log file under "tools", clear it and if the same problem occurs, disable the offending repository.

*nod*, as YoDude said, one of your repositories is likely down or has changed something. The error isn't critical and should only prevent that particular repository from refreshing. It's still annoying though.

apt-get update doesn't give me any err message. The web browser crashes very often too. I will try Mozilla browser later to see what it's going to do.
