Adblock Plus for MicroB has been released and can be found in the Browser-Extras repository. No news posting about it on the Browser Extras site yet.

After installing it, I went to cnn.com and on top of the page a big Sears banner appeared... I hope Adblock Filterset.G Updater will be ported too.

Adblock Plus and Filterset.G Updater aren't friends anymore. Go to Known Adblock Plus subscriptions and click on the links for those that tickle your fancy. I've only added EasyElement+EasyList thus far, but it covers quite a lot.

uhm, installed, subscribed to 2 lists: EasyElement+EasyList
Restarted the browser, it said updating something...

and still get ads on slashdot (while on desktop this works)

Anyone get this? (the plugin is checked in the component as active)

Did any other bora users have trouble using the .install file? It appears to claim that this is chinook-only, but I was able to grab the .deb directly and install fine.

How did you subscribe?
When I hit the "subscribe" links I get a pop up from the browser that says address type not supported or somesuch

Is this working well for anyone?

It really likes to suck up gobs and gobs of CPU and RAM on mine

Takes ages just to start the browser now.
