Can I use my wifi connection and BT DUN at the same time? If so how???

you can generaly have only one default router, so DUN would probably go to insternet and wifi be local only.

In the absolute way yes you can use 2, 3 or more ways to go to the Internet. Of course.
You only have to set up different routes for each access and keep the default route on one of them. But in this case, if this configuration is permanent, it's recommended to get a Autonomous System.
In the relative way of the N770, if you want to set up 2 Internet accesses you'll have problem if you use the standard connection system the last access set up so the last default route set on it will win. If you want a usable system you'll have to set up your routes manunally. But what can be the interest in doing such things with the 770 ?

I want to setup by BT connection to the internet, and be able to share out a local connection, I guess via adhoc, I have not seen that Master mode is supported in this WIFI card or how to set it up, so I am assuming I can not act as access point. Iptables is already there, I just need a dhcp server, but can use as static to start.

Not sure what I was doing before but I guess it does work, I think I was playing with this while I was VPN to work and it was blocking my 10 dot addresses. Oh well its working now
