I've already got the wiimote working as a gamepad Just trying to get the "mouse pointer" working as a bonus, before releasing the deb.
Bluez already has drivers for the Sixaxis so it should theoretically just need to be paired with HCITool/HCID.
Would try and get it working myself if I had one.
