if you try to send an IM to them directly does it get sent? If you send an IM to yourself do you receive it? Without a little more detail it will be difficult for us to help...

I have installed Pigeon on my N800 (OS2008). i am trying to get my MSN account working on it. Is there a problem with Pigeon and MSN?
If so, can anyone recommend a different IM application that would help me?
