I doubt that we will ever see a Simcity 2000 port on the IT.
As far as I know, it is not opensource, so no chances to recompile it for the tablets, unless the editor decides that it wants to support IT platforms (I also doubt that!)
On the other hand, if Simcity 2000 runs under DOS (I really don't remember if it was a DOS or Windows game....or both of them), then it may be possible to run it under DosBox with DOS emulation...
