When call some service and as usual you come upon the machine menu to reach specific branch. How to enter numbers in that moment if there is no dialpad to enter numbers on call?

I've been wondering the same... Been having trouble accepting incoming calls from grandcentral, didn't notice a way to pull up dialpad.

EDIT: to the op, there may be a solution in the thread re howto landline calls... I'm not able to test now, but hopefully will workk.

If you click on the menu, under one of those options is DTFM dialpad. That's the one you have to use.

When dialing land lines doesn't work for me.

that dialpad does not seem to have much of a duration so for me the tones dont work for on-line banking. They need to be longer. Pressing for a longer period doesnt help as time is set somewhere.
