Are you on the same network? It might be a port issue (though Skype can normally get past those).
If it's the same username and password there shouldn't be any problems.

Helion, try re-entering your skype name and password, and make sure every letter is absolutely correct.
I thought mine was broken for a long time but then I noticed I'd made a mistake on my skype name.
