First, please understand that I've seached the forums and I see a lot of pairing problems, but not the problem I'm having.
I used Ctrl + Fn left + Fn right and I've got the keyboard blinking and I've selected "generic keyboard and English - USA", my N800 does a search and says "no devices found"
My N800 has the latest release of OS2008. I've followed posts that say to select "visible" in the bluetooth menu.
I used Ctrl + Fn left + Fn right and I have a blinking green light at 1hz and my notebook computer sees a "Think Outside" device.
I've tried downgrading the OS to OS2007 and OS2008 beta like some post suggest, no luck.
I've used gainroot and looked for this device in the bluetooth folder only to find the mac for the N800.
I've removed the batteries and rebooted countless times.
I've search the web, again only to find lots of posts about problems pairing - not problems of detection.
ANY help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Tom
