I got my n810 in April, I assumed that the screen calibration problems I was having were shake-down issues, and that the screen would settle in with time. Well, after two months, no improvement at all.

I have repeatedly recalibrated and even reflashed a couple of times, and I'm running Diablo now, so that's not fixing it. It seems to be a hardware problem.

I fired up Xournal, and used a straight-edge to trace the horizontal lines to see how bad the perceived problem really was. It's bad.

I am attaching a couple screenshots of the Xournal screen, the calibration screen and a overlay of the two. You'll notice that the calibration points are where the alignment issues are minimal, and the vertical alignment is off a lot away from the edges of the screen I may to a grid test later, but I thought I'd toss these out to the community for thoughts and comments now. I'd also like to see the same test done by others so I can see if my screen is typical of the n810 or worse (or better).

Thanks:

imhavoc,
I would say thats a warped screen.
Do you have a protector on which could be affecting the screen?

No screen protector. That's straight Nokia.

tbh though its so slight on mine i've never noticed or considered it a problem.
