i mean:

can i send a mp3 file stored in the internal card to a phone? how can 1 do that? sometimes my friends says me "need that song" but i´m dont know how t do that, pairing the n800? i´ve no idea, thanks

in filemanager hold your stylus on the file in question, wait for the pop-up, select send > bluetooth (iirc), look for the phone in the list of detected bt devices.

Easy as that.

And no pairing is required either - just make sure the receiving device (phone or whatever) has BT on, and is set to be BT visible.
