Hi,
you can sync the dates in your Outlook to google calender in your account and then by using Erminig sync the dates from google calender to GPe calender in your tablet

Im a heavy calender user. I sync calender items in outlook with google calender sync and then use mCalender to sync with my N800. Works perfectly! (also do sync exchange/outlook with my phone over pushemail protocoll).
Theres an app to sync todo-items with webapps like remember the milk and similar on the way out, look in some other threads.
