Hi,

I'm used to install/upgrade apps through the GUI on my Nokia 770. but sometime I use apt for installing packages (openssh for example), today I tried to upgrade using apt, like this : apt-get update && apt-get upgrade dist.
But I had more package to upgrade than with the GUI, mostly libs like libcc1, etc. Is it safe to upgrade this way ? or should I keep using the GUI for upgrading ?

my source.list is the one from maemo wiki :

No!
I did it yesterday. I had to reflash my device, because of the reboot loop.
Look at the thread 'Reboot loop / apt-get upgrade' for further information.
