I think I have a battery problem. I don't have any new battery for testing so I would like to connect the 3 pins to an external power supplier. Does anybody know what is the positive pole and what the negative?

I think the problem is the battery because the old one has 0Volts (ZERO!) output. Even if I connect to the power supplier provided N800 won't turn on. That's because it needs at least a few current from the battery in order to turn on and set itself to the charging state.

Please help, I don't want to buy a battery and than discover that it's definetely broken (((
