Ok, got an idea while I was out at my dad's today that I think would be a good application. Since the n810 has a light sensor on it, why not have it setup so that it changes the screen brightness based on the available light. In other words, the darker the room, the lower the light, the brighter the room (or outdoors) the brighter the screen...

Are you using Advanced Backlight? I don't think it supports the light meter.
Also have it adjustable by the user for maximum and minimum range. So like if I prefer it at 25% in the dark, but only 75% in bright light, allow that to be set as the maximum and minimum brightness. If someone else prefers 1% and 99%, then they'll want different settings too.
Anyone else think this is a good idea? I know there's already an autolock feature that uses the sensor to automatically lock the tablet, and another to automatically kill the screen, so this could just be a slightly different application of those. Whatcha guys say?
