I seem to remember that there already was a port attempted. The current tablets have a hard time running these emulators however... and there's also the issue of controls.

Mednafen NES was probably my biggest hope to see on the tablet.

It works amazing on my friend's old Xbox.

Well shoot.

Has anyone attempted to install FCEUltra under Diablo?

I remember that this came out before the CPU boost from Chinook OS to Diablo.

Just wondering if that extra unlocked speed increased the performance of this at all.

There's no install button for it anymore under the games download page, and when attempting to manually install it, I couldn't figure out the correct dependencies.

I tried to install the emulator on the N900, but it gave me a lot of dependencies errors :P

link:
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/mednafen/

tried the newest version:
mednafen_0.9.17.1-1_armel.deb

Who knows, maybe there COULD be a way to play NES games PROPERLY on the N900
