This document is a preview of the upcoming Qt for Maemo Developer's Library content. Note that the document is not language-checked and also the technical content is subject to change due to heavy development in the Qt for Maemo port.

The document gives Getting Started instructions how to:

* setup the Qt for Maemo development environment starting from virtual machine, Maemo SDK, Scratchbox, and Qt installations
* compile and test the application on the emulator
* create a Debian installation package, deploy and test it on the device


Also Qt for Maemo specific considerations and usage of Maemo APIs from Qt applications are described. Additional Maemo tools, debugging and profiling are also covered.
