I'm unable to install new applications off the extras repository on the N900. It tries to update the catalog for a long time, then fails. Then I go back into the download area, and my catalog is full of new apps. I click on one, it asks for the agreement, then begins the screen to download. It never finishes or even updates. Then it fails out and I am where I was. I've tried fm radio and freehp42.

any ideas? I'm coming from a N800, so I'm not completely clueless.

Is it possible your root partition is low on space?

I just got it. There were no apps installed yet. I figured out my internet connection was down, and wouldn't come back. A reboot fixed it, but I'm sure curious what killed it. Nothing would bring it back except the reboot.
