I don't know if it is a bug or just a configuration problem but here is my problem:

When I want to start a new conversation via the Conversation application on the N900 I click on the 'New IM' button and I can see all my online contacts. If I want to talk to one of them I select him/her and normally a new IM chat screen opens and I can chat.

This works only after I have rebooted my N900, after a while (few hours) this will not work anymore and here begins the real problem.

After I select one contact I see a very fast screen pops-up with no content and then I'm back in the general Conversation screen. So I can not chat with any contact. I have checked everything I can think of, I have a stable internet connection, I can see online contacts.

Does anyone have any idea where to start solving this problem. Is it really a bug (I haven't seen anyone complaining about it here) or is there something wrong with my N900 (e.g. configuration) ???

Help please

Yes I have, the first few hours after a reboot everything works fine. I have MSN, Google Talk and Skype protocols in use. Only after some time I can't start a new IM conversation
